No, the service call fee is a bill for the expense associated with the time and travel to diagnose, inspect, and provide expert recommendations and an estimate for a repair by a certified technician.
Our technicians carry commonly replaced parts and will happily install them at the time of the appointment if possible. However, the large range of appliances and models we service makes it impossible to carry everything. If we do have to order parts, you will be notified by your technician during their visit.
Our rates are determined by the type of appliance, location, number of technicians necessary, and complexity of the repair. Labor rates are provided on our estimates.
Standard appliance warranties vary based on the brand and type of appliance. We recommend contacting the manufacturer with your serial number to determine your warranty status. Without warranty verification from them, we will proceed as an out-of-warranty repair.
Yes, all of our technicians are licensed, insured, and factory trained for each appliance repair.
We do not offer installation services at this time. We recommend contacting your local dealer or your appliance manufacturer if you need help locating service.
We do not offer cleaning services at this time. We are happy to replace any worn out or damaged parts.
